Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us here at Salon Sublime. Your time is valuable, and our mission is to ensure that your services are performed accurately and efficiently. We schedule appointments to accommodate your beauty investment, but also to allow our stylists the flexibility required to service all of our guests; therefore, we respectfully request a 48 hour notice for any cancellations.

Appointments are tailored and reserved for you and your beauty investment. When we have cancellations within a 48 hour window, we miss the opportunity to service other guests in that time frame due to short notice. We confirm appointments 48 hours in advance because we understand that life gets crazy and it’s easy to forget appointments, but please also understand that this time is crucial to not only you but also our stylists, as well.

Any cancellations within 48 hours will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the services booked. No-shows will be charged 50% of all services booked.

This cancellation policy is not intended to punish our clients, but instead offer you the flexibility of rescheduling for a more convenient time for you while allowing our team to fill their time with clients who are available, as well.

Extension Consultation Fee

For all of our extension services, we require a consultation. The consultation fee starts at $36. This fee may be applied toward the purchase of an extension if the order is placed within 60 days of the consultation.

Assisting Policy

Salon Sublime is a Team Based Salon. In a team environment, it is likely that multiple stylists may perform your services for the sake of efficiency and consideration of your time. To ensure all stylists receive recognition for their time with a client, Salon Sublime may split the dollar amount of your services between any stylists that assisted with that service. In the event that another stylist assists with the service, there is no additional charge. Instead, the price of the service is simply split accordingly to reflect the amount of time the stylist is spending with the guest.
